Tadalafil oral jelly or strips should not be used in the following cases due to the potential for serious or life-threatening effects:

• Alerģija: Known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any excipient in the formulation.
• Vienlaicīga nitrātu terapija: Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or nitric oxide donors (“poppers”), as this may lead to dangerous drops in blood pressure.

• Penile deformation or priapism risk: Not recommended for those with Peyronie’s disease or conditions that predispose to prolonged erections (e.g., sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma).
• Other PDE5 inhibitors or ED therapies: Do not combine with other medications for erectile dysfunction.
