Tadalafil oral jelly or strips should not be used in the following cases due to the potential for serious or life-threatening effects:

• Allergy: Known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any excipient in the formulation.
• Concurrent nitrate therapy: Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or nitric oxide donors (“poppers”), as this may lead to dangerous drops in blood pressure.
• Severe cardiovascular disease: Not advised for those with unstable angina, recent heart attack or stroke (within 6 months), severe heart failure, or uncontrolled arrhythmias.
• Severe hepatic or renal impairment: Not for use in those with significant liver or kidney disease.
• History of Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION): Avoid if you have ever experienced NAION due to increased risk of vision loss.

• Women and minors: Contraindicated in females and those under 18 years old.
• Penile deformation or priapism risk: Not recommended for those with Peyronie’s disease or conditions that predispose to prolonged erections (e.g., sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma).
• Other PDE5 inhibitors or ED therapies: Do not combine with other medications for erectile dysfunction.
• Uncontrolled blood pressure: Contraindicated in those with uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension.
• Guanylate cyclase stimulators: (e.g., riociguat) must not be taken at the same time.
