Sildenafiil in oral jelly and chewable tablet forms should not be used in the following cases, due to a risk of serious or potentially life-threatening effects:

• Allergia: Do not use if you have known hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any ingredient in these formulations.
• Nitrate therapy: Never combine with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or nitric oxide donors (“poppers”) due to a risk of severe hypotension.

• Uncontrolled blood pressure: Contraindicated with significantly low or high blood pressure that is not managed by a doctor.
