Delivery & Shipping information
We ship all orders directly from our warehouses in European Union countries. Therefore, you won’t face customs checks, duties, or VAT. Moreover, we dispatch every package within 48 hours of receiving your payment, using plain, unbranded packaging to keep your order fully discreet.
Once we send your parcel, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real time. If you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check your spam folder first.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery windows may stretch slightly during the busy November–December season. However, under normal conditions you can expect:
- Estonia: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
- Latvia: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
- Lithuania: 2 - 3 business days – €3.50
Please note we ship only within the EU and cannot deliver to Norway, the UK, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries.

- If a courier loses your order through no fault of your own, we’ll send you a free replacement—and even include a small gift. Should a second loss occur, you’ll only cover the shipping cost, while we still add a bonus gift.
- Conversely, if a package is returned because it sat uncollected at a pick-up point for seven days or due to incorrect contact details, we incur a €8 return fee. To reship, you simply repay that return fee plus the new postage. Therefore, please double-check your address and phone number to avoid extra charges.
Parcel Locker / Parcel Terminal Delivery:

- If you’re unsure which terminal to use, just share your street, city, and postal code. We’ll select the nearest locker for you.
Important information:
- The order is shipped after payment is received.
- When the package arrives at the terminal, you will receive a door code via SMS and email.
- Important: we only ship after payment clears. When your parcel arrives, you’ll receive a door code via SMS and email. However, if you supply incorrect contact information, we cannot refund a rejected order—though we can correct your details within 3 days of terminal arrival.
Courier Delivery
Please provide this information:
- Mobile number (with country code)
- Full name
- Postal code and street address
Once your package reaches the local courier hub, they’ll call or text you to schedule a delivery. They will only leave it at a parcel terminal if you ask. Should they be unable to reach you, your parcel returns to us.
- Note: If you give incorrect contact information, we aren’t liable for a returned shipment and cannot offer a refund. Nevertheless, we can update your details within two days of the parcel arriving in your country.
