Product delivery (all orders) in our online store is carried out directly from European Union member countries, so no customs clearance is required. All orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment in a discreet package.

Each order has a tracking number that allows you to track the location of your order. If you did not receive an email with the tracking number, please contact us, and we will resend it to you.

  • Estonia: 2-3 business days – €3
  • Latvia: 2-3 business days – €3
  • Lithuania: 2-3 business days – €3

It is not possible to ship orders to countries such as Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and all other non-European Union countries.

If an order is not delivered due to the fault of a third party, for example, if the package is lost due to the courier service’s fault (probability 1 in 200), we commit to sending you a new, complete order (with a small gift added) at no additional charge. If the package is lost twice due to a third party’s fault (we have never had such an experience), we recommend changing the recipient’s details, and you will need to pay the shipping cost, but we will resend your order (with an additional gift added).

If a package is not delivered to the buyer due to their fault, for example, if it was held at the pick-up point for the specified time (7 days) or due to incorrect data (such as an incorrect phone number), the goods will be returned to us, and in this case, we will have to pay €7.36 to get it back. If you want the goods to be reshipped, you will need to pay the return amount and additional shipping costs. Please be careful not to overpay.

Parcel Locker/Parcel Terminal Delivery:

  • To send the package, we need: email address, phone number, and parcel terminal name or delivery address.
  • If you do not know which terminal to specify, you can provide the address (street, city, and postal code are sufficient), and our manager will find the nearest terminal from the address you provided.
  • Important! Delivery service terms – if you order a package to Estonia, the country code must also be included in the phone number; this applies to other countries as well.
  • The order is shipped after payment is received.
  • When the package arrives at the terminal, you will receive a door code via SMS and email.
  • WARNING: If incorrect contact information (including phone number and email address) is provided, we are not responsible for a rejected order and do not issue refunds. However, we can change the recipient’s contact information, phone number, or email address to the correct ones within 3 days after the package arrives at the terminal.

Courier Delivery

  • To send the package, we need: email address, phone number, name/surname, address, and postal code.
  • When the courier receives the package, they will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time or send you a text message. The courier can only leave your package at a parcel terminal if you request it. If the courier cannot reach you, the package will be returned to us. In case of failed delivery, see the conditions above.
  • ATTENTION: If incorrect contact information (including phone number and email address) is provided, we are not responsible for a rejected order and do not issue refunds. However, we can change the recipient’s contact information, phone number, or email address to the correct ones within 2 days after the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country.
