Cancellations, Refunds & Consumer Protection

You may cancel any order up until we send the tracking number; in that case, we issue a full refund to your PayPal account or card within 2 to 4 business days. However, European regulations require us to destroy any returned medications – even if unopened. Therefore, once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot offer refunds unless the shipment is lost in transit. If the courier misplaces your order, our money-back guarantee gives you the choice of a free replacement or a complete refund. Attention! Before placing an order, please read the instructions for use, review the medicine’s composition, and note any contraindications carefully.

Paying with PayPal Balance

If you already have a PayPal account, this is the quickest option. Simply open the email with your order, copy the PayPal address we provide, and paste it into your PayPal “Send” field. Then enter the exact amount shown in your order summary. In the reference line, include only your order number, leaving out product names and website links keeps your transfer compliant with PayPal’s buyer-protection rules. As soon as PayPal notifies us of your transfer, we mark your order as Paid and move it into our fulfillment queue.

Paying by Card via PayPal Invoice

If you prefer Visa or Mastercard, we generate a one-time PayPal Business invoice and email it to you. Because we create these invoices manually, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. When it arrives, click “Pay Now,” select “Pay with a Bank Card,” and enter your card details on PayPal’s encrypted gateway—no PayPal account required. PayPal will instantly confirm your payment to both you and Erecto.eu. If the invoice is delayed, check your spam or promotions folder, or request a fresh link at [email protected].
